Our Business Process

If you are an individual who is interested in any of our services, please follow the procedure mentioned below. This would enable HAWK VERIFICATIONS in designing a cost effective and custom solution tailored for your needs.

1. Send your contact details through our contact us page.

2. NIC number of the contact person is a must.

3. Select all the services you are interested in.

4. Narrate a detailed description of your problem/requirement.

5. You would receive an e-mail from HAWK, offering you a complete solution to your     query and a quote on the services requested for. Expected time frames would also be     highlighted. In case there is any technical ambiguity in the details provided by you, the     same shall also be clarified through email.

6. You would be required to Accept HAWK´s terms and conditions.

7. If agreed to the quote and terms and conditions, 50% of the total amount (non     refundable) is to be paid as advance, through a crossed cheque / pay order / demand     draft mailed to our PO Box address. Our service shall begin on confirmation of the     payment receipt.

8. To protect our client´s and our own identity, our verification expert can meet you to consult and discuss any information/development, only if     required.

9. You would receive a verification completion report within the pre-set timelines from HAWK, narrating brief extracts of the required information,     through email, also requesting you to pay the rest of the invoiced amount, through the same mode.

10. On receipt of the balance amount, you will receive the complete report, you had requested and paid for through email.

11. You would be required to give your valuable comments on your satisfaction level to help us improve the quality of our services.
